Game Title: "Escape Room"

Objective: To develop leadership skills through a team-based problem-solving


exercise.

Materials: A set of puzzles or riddles, a timer, and a space to create the "escape
room" (can be a classroom or a designated area in the school).

How to Play:

Divide students into teams of 3-5 players.


Explain that the objective is to escape the room by solving a set of puzzles or
riddles.
The teams must work together to solve each puzzle and find the key to escape.
The teacher sets a time limit for the activity (e.g. 30-60 minutes).
Once the time is up, the teams must stop working and the teacher reveals the
solutions to the puzzles.
The team that escaped the room in the shortest amount of time wins the game.
Examples of Leadership Skills:

Problem-solving: Team members must use critical thinking skills to solve each
puzzle and find the key to escape.
Communication: Team members must communicate effectively to share ideas and
strategies, and to work together to solve the puzzles.
Decision-making: Team members must make decisions about which puzzle to solve next
and how to allocate resources (e.g. time, brainpower, etc.).
Time management: Teams must manage their time efficiently to solve all the puzzles
and escape the room before time runs out.
