What is the implication of literacy for the TLE teachers?

Literacy is not just the ability to read and write, because it can be more
than that; it can be the ability to engage with society and the people around us, to
communicate and interact with those people around us. Literacy is also the most
effective approach for developing students’ lifelong skills for effective
communication, reading, and critical thinking that can be used by teachers in
their specific subject. Being a TLE teacher aims to develop critical thinking, self-
reliance, independence, cultural sensitivity, and entrepreneurship in students by
enhancing their skills in the various uses of technology and application of life
skills, as well as teaching about home economics, family values, and anything
about basic living and your lifestyle at home. Students also learned about the
different types of computers: supercomputers, minicomputers, mainframes, and
hybrid computers. But what is the implication of literacy for TLE teachers? We all
know that the only constant thing in this world is change. It's been a time that we
have had innovation in technology and changes or added lifestyle to our
continued living. Literary may lead teaching to have an advanced inquiry into
writing practices in diverse disciplines, helping students identify and practice
using language devices in academic classes. Teaching literacy to students
means that they are given the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and
form the foundation of modern life. In modern life, it means that it can help to
have access to information and knowledge that the TLE teachers have a capable
use of since the TLE teacher is the one who teaches lifelong skills and modern
technology that can be helpful for the student in the future. Literacy for TLE
teachers is a broad body of knowledge that prepares them to be more critical and
evaluative of others. Literacy helps teachers to apply and be productive in an
interactive and dynamic environment. TLE teachers access resources and
materials to foster a global connectedness that reaches far beyond the walls of
their curriculum and syllabus. They also use different tools, materials, and
strategies to learn more about a specific course subject that they’re teaching.
This can help them not just to have knowledge but also in their future.
