AGREEMENT DEED/MOU

This day Tuesday 23rd of June 2020

I, Dr. Maxwell Pitcher, of the aforementioned residence address 8618 Sangamon Lane,
Houston Texas 77074, hereby with my full consent, power, conclusion and duly without
prejudice of any kind and totally unconditional, authorize, mandate, give full powers and
authority to the bearer Renique Jennett stand as the tenant to move into my apartment
34-43 Crescent St #1E Astoria, NY 11106 from August 1st 2020 as soon as I the
Landlord confirm payment of the security deposit of $900 this day. The lease would be a
yearly lease and the rent is for $900 monthly. This memorandum of understanding is a
full power of authority and an unconditional powers and authority to establish agreement
with the bearer Renique Jennett .

IN WITNESS WHEREOF:
I have drawn this agreement and I hereby directed that photographic copies of this
agreement should have the same force and effect as an original.
