As a center of Excellency, U.T.C.Ki as proposed to open a resource center which will offer training in the
following occupations/qualifications:

 Civil engineering
 Water engineering
 Mechanical engineering
 Electrical engineering
 Architecture
 Surveying.

As an architect student, design and draw-(two storey) suitable plan for the implementation of this
project, the design should include the following spaces:

 A 60 people auditorium
 A 20 people board room
 Office for:
 A civil engineer
 A water engineer
 A mechanical engineer
 An electrical engineer
 An architect
 A surveyor
 Public conveniences
 Cars packing yard.

Special information:

 Use concrete block wall 225mm thick

 Pre-painted echo tile iron sheet roof, 28G, 30˚pitch
 Ground terrain- flat
