Cables trays/ladders are to be installed as detailed in the Approved cable tray /

Verify the size and type of electrodes/ rods & other accessories. Ensure span between

6 Depth of trench and conductors protection as per drawings.

7 Avoid sharp bends and narrow loops.

Color identification for all cables/ wires is as per AFC Drawings (Cable schedule &
9 Wiring diagrams)

10 Confirm minimum trench depth as per approved layout drawings.

11 The segregation between cable as per layout drawings & project speciation’s.

12 Check minimum recommended Bending Radius. ID tags on the both ends.

13 Cable gland size and type as approved.

Verify the cable protection cover like sand cover, warning tape and protection tiles for

direct buried cables in the trench.

15 Cable entry sealed with approved compound.

Verify all cable accessories and termination material is used in the panel/ junction

box/ terminal box is approved by client.

17 IR and continuity test with megger as per voltage rating of cables.
