Policy for Transferring Employees between the Group of Companies or Internal Departments

We observed that some managers motivating to some Employees to work in other Department, with availability of vacancy. These results
Affects to other department, to avoid this we applied some standard for employees and manger.

Who Requested For Transfer one department to other some rules and regulations has to follows:

Proposed Suggestions
It’s very shocked moment, that an employee submits his resignation because of transfer to other department.

After Investigations we knew, one of manager has attracted the employee to work in another department and offering with additional Benefits. While doing this will affect
to the current management.
Observed
This kind of practice, the employees will resign and shortage of employees in the departments

This Case studied because, if it will be repeat lot of embarrassment in the department managers. Therefore please follow the rules.

The Current Management recruiting employees and developing their skills to perform their duties according to our protocol, giving training to them and
refining their skills. It’s not easy to giving training to employees, after this all things employee transfer to other departments.

After Resignation Employees, Recruitment Department continues to search employees to close the vacancies because of employees transfer one
department to others.

Opening a door for expectation and that can be misused, that’s means we don’t follow rules and regulation.

This policy has been implemented for transferring employees between groups of companies or the department of the company it’s as to be follows.

- This principle is strictly prohibited any of Managers not be transferred any employees from one department to other department.

- There should be tacit agreement between the Managers to transfer any employees from one department to another department.

- This should be done exclusively as follows

a) The employee should not be known regarding to transferring to one department to other department.

b) The Transferring mangers must be submitting a request letter to the current manager regarding for transfer employee.
c) In that request letter mention purpose of transferring the employee, salary benefits and position. If the Current manager refused the request it’s
consider as final decision.

If approved the current manger, then transition mechanism will be coordinated and the start the procedure .
