本品为黄色至棕色粉状，具有大豆磷脂固有气味，易吸潮易氧化，可分散于水，溶于油
脂，部分溶于乙醇。
Color: yellow to brown
State: powder
Odor: natural soybean lecithin smell
Properties: Absorbing moisture and oxidized in air. It is easily dispensing in water, soluble in
oil phase and partly soluble in ethanol.

部分溶于乙醇、异丙醇等有机溶剂中。本品是一种安全的食品添加剂和食品营养强化剂，具
有良好的乳化、脱模、保湿、保健等作用，被广泛应用于食品、医药等行业。
The product is extracted naturally from soybean. It is sensitive to moisture, oxygen and sunshine.
It is soluble in ethyl ether and benzene, insoluble in acetone，ethanol or isopropanol. The product
is widely used in food industry and pharmacy. It is safe as food additivities and nutrients and is
also good as emulsifier, mold-discarding agent and moisturizer.
