History
As a PA, I run the backup office, keeping the administrative & P/A support up to date, from
sorting to filing personal correspondence, bills and banking and other personal affairs. Acting as
“gatekeeper” for all the private correspondence and phone calls. I manage different projects and
carry out all necessary research (internet-private network). I oversee all the travels arrangements,
planning parties wedding, birthday party, and various social events directly.

Part of my duties is to included sole charge of the domestic staff infrastructure of multiple
properties, as well as recruitments and training and guidance, maintaining accounting/book-
keeping records (excel and word proficient), creating household manuals, staff scheduling,
payroll, maintaining inventories of household content, managing and overseeing external
contractors and general property upkeep. I have supervised construction projects from start to
finish, making sure the building project is completed to schedule and the build Process is carried
out correctly. I collaborated with engineers and architects and ensured full compliance with
health & safety regulations on construction sites.

As an estate manager, I manage a portfolio of rental properties (like boutique hotel) and
apartment’s blocs, from 300m2 up to 1500m2. My duties include building Regulations, local (EU)
politicians, builders, contractors and architects in Europe, Switzerland, French Polynesia and
New Caledonia. I create and handle an in-house leasing team to complement 3rd party contractors
and consultants. I support my employer business developments, demonstrating significant
commercial and business aptitude.

I am tech savvy with an understanding of complex house systems, including “smart home”
systems. Understanding the basic technical aspects of each of the properties, (Computer Room
Air-conditioning, chiller system, fire Protection system, mechanical & electrical systems, ensuring
full compliance with health and safety rules are in place.

I demonstrated on-board procedures and applied first-aid services when necessary. Reassuring
anxious and upset passengers who are afraid of flying. I served in-flight duty free, dealing with
foreign currency and credit cards. I am tactful, but assertive with difficult passenger and
situations. I am totally flexible working with new crews with the long hours and the last minute
change of plans. I was assigned to the V.I.P lounge, business and first class meet & greet
passengers.

I organized conferences and meetings both internal and external. I arrange private dinners and
manage the on-site office operations. I undertook all administrative functions related to
conferences and events (enquiries, site inspections, proposals, follow-ups, confirmation from
speakers and guests, deposit, account, and invoicing processing and feedback forms).

I prepared conference packs and arranged board level meetings for all the speakers and guest
members of states, and partner institutes prior each conference. I was responsible for billing and
proof reading each account sent to clients. I coordinated the staff of the relevant sections
(Chauffeur, translators, waiters & outside security). I worked with high profile individuals and
their embassy from multiple countries, religions and cultures.

P/A to the managing director of a post-production film company. Handling all his correspondence
and projects in French and English. I Sourced and cultivated all our sponsors in the films and art
industry in Europe. I undertook operational (‘Day-to-day’) management of private projects,
sourcing model, actors, solo singer, music band and agent.

I bring stability and calmness to my employer’s hectic life. I organize daily meeting with Madam,

high network individuals and Royals families, and I handle special requests. I run the backup

maintenance staff. I continue to stay in employment with the family after Lady Rothermere passed
away.
