1. Reference: Memorandum from Chief, PARMU dated June 6, 2023 with

subject, “Reiteration on the Establishment of Office Library and Submission of After
Activity Report on Implementation and Cascading of Policies/Doctrines”.

2. This pertains to the Establishment of Office Library as part of the monthly

UPER parameter.

3. In this regard, please be informed that this office established Office Library
with a handful collection of fourteen (14) PNP issued books, Law books, magazines,
and eleven (11) other reference materials. Reading enhanced the intellectual level of
personnel and improved their personal and professional growth that resulted in their
better understanding of their day to day job as public servant.

4. Attached are the photographs of the said library.
