11. (a) How do you develop a product? Explain all the steps involved with an
example.

detail all of them w.r.t. equipment, productivity nomenclature and
economics.
12. (a) Define “Time study”. How do you organize time study for forging a ring of
certain dimensions? (Assume on your own dimensions).
