The Information of this sale deed as District- Sylhet, Police
Station, and Sub-Registrar Office- Sylhet Sadar area under Mauza of the
Western part of the schedule mentioned, described by serial no 464 of
survey Khatitan (Mutation) no.527, a total of 0.13 decimal land which
our uncle Ishaq Mia and the 1st and 2nd buyers, Father MD. Nazir Uddin
Ahmed and me the 3rd buyer, Father MD Mojir Uddin Ahmed, with the
latest survey done had our name added in the final Record of Right.
Later on, we the 1st and 2nd buyers inherited from our Father Md. Nazir
Uddin Ahmad Saheb's estate and I, the holder of Deed No. 3, is entitled
to spes succession from my father Md. Mazir Uddin Saheb and we are
also entitled and possessor of our uncle MD Isaq Mia's property of a

portion of 3 of the mentioned schedule, while in need of money, we
made a contract deed on 3/4/88 and made registration on 16/7/88 in the
office of sub-Registrar and relinquished all rights and possession of said

land by signing the sale deed no 9046, a total of 10 4 (three-four quarter
of 11) decimal from 0.13 decimal land from the serial no 464 of the
Khatiyan mentioned and you have till today enjoying the exclusive
ownership and possession of this land. Letter on, we the seller no 1-3
due to our full uncle MD Isaq had no successor left us the property as a
reversioner and we the seller no 1-3 got the ownership and the
possession of the land mentioned in the schedule yet in actual while in
your possession you did excavated the pond area and you had also made
the Mutation (Namjari) and given proper Revenue of the land to enjoy
such rights. Recently. you have shown interest in buying the remaining
point 0.0225 cents with two decimal land and we have also agreed to sell
the land as a result we had discussion
And come to fix a price of 5000.00 (Five Thousand) Taka which we got
from you and relinquished all previous right of ownership and
possession by accepting this sale deed. As you have bought this land,
from onwards you shall have Exclusive possession and ownership and
this land will be subject to inheritance, transferable by gift, will, Sale, or
any other lawful manner, and from now or in the future we or any of our
successor will never intervene or make any obstacles to enjoy this land
by you.
Thus, voluntarily and intuitively, after reading this sale deed and being fully aware
of its meaning, we execute this deed. Bangla Year of 1403 24th Ashar and English
Year of 08/07/1996(Eight July Nineteen Ninety-six).

with two decimal land with Sail-pond and pond is sold to you.

Khatiyan -Waqf Mosque, South- serial no 467 Survey Khatiyan -successor of
Aklam Hossain. It is described in Khatian and serial the Mouza of 0 • 0225 cents
with two decimal land of pond and bank of the pond.
