The Information regarding this contract deed, Police Station- Jokigonj,
District- Sylhet, I am the proprietor of this small portion of the land mentioned
in the schedule as an ancestral property and have got a compromise decree from
the court which, using I have recorded my name and made Mutation Record of
Right from the sub-registrar office. Which, cheque is accepted from the South
East Zinda Bazar Branch Ac: 0231120036698 the sum of 1,00,000/= (One lakh
Taka)
On 15/01/2023, 06/02/2023 deposited 5,00,000/= (Five Lakh Taka) from
0592901017770 & 3030101002 to A/C No. – 0231120036698 by API requested

06/02/2023 deposited 2,00,000/= (Two Lakh Taka) from 0592901017770 &

It will be open to both parties that the said amount will be withdrawn from the
bank after giving possession of the land. You are obligate to pay the remaining
amount within three month and upon completion of the amount I shall register
the land in your name.

In default of this the compensation by the defaulter shall be considered.

It is further revealed that the expense of 300000/= ( Three hundred Thousand

Taka) shall be excluded and I shall never or ever claim it.
