Maintaining logbook and reords
Inspection and operation of mechanical
Responsibility for the operation & maintenance
Monitoring pump operation to ensure that it is operating properly and efficiently
Performing repairs on pumps as needed, including replacing parts such as impellers and seals
Cleaning and inspecting pumps for signs of wear or damage
Adjusting pump speeds to regulate flow rates in accordance with set standards or specifications
Prepare log sheet , log book, taking reading of temperature,pressure,flow,and ampers of different
undertaking schedule maintenance like preventive and corrective measures
responding to break down
Diagnosing faatt
repair or replace the equipment as per condition
Obtained special component fixtures and fitting supervise
Prepare schedule for cip for better performance of ro membran
Inspect all equipment such as filter high pressure pump booster pump feed pump degasser pump
In spect all chemical dosing pump
To monitor pH chlorine TDS and electrical conductivity
RO inlet chlorine and pH check
Perform other related duties
