You recently attended a health talk organized by the University Health Care Centre of your university. At
the talk, the guest speaker made the following statement:

Healthy eating is not about losing the ability to enjoy pleasures life.

Write an essay expressing your opinion on the statement. Your essay should not be less than 250 words.

Nowadays, health foods are the most significant aspect of our lives. This is one of the reasons why
healthy meals must be followed by both parties in order to avoid major problems. Carbohydrates,
protein, water, minerals and fat must all be included in healthy foods. This is to protect our minds and
bodies from disease such as diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and other infectious disease. Health
food can help to boost human growth and metabolism in our bodies.

Furthermore, healthy food can help to boost human growth so that it is not stunted as a result of
eating the appropriate way. This demonstrates that a person wishes to pursue a wise style of eating by
consuming protein and carbs arranged according to the food pyramid such as bread, wheat, chicken and
others. Healthy nutrition can aid in the acceleration and maturation of the growth process. At the same
time, if followed by sufficient nutrition this can accelerate the age of growth to obtain the required
quality.

In addition, healthy eating can boost the rate of metabolism in the body. Metabolism is type of energy
that is used to burn fat and calories that you consume on a daily basis. Each of us has a distinctive type
of metabolism, either high and low. People with a strong metabolism do not need to be concerned
about the number of calories of they consume. This is due to the fact that when we have a high
metabolism, the energy in our bodies burns the calories quickly. However, if a person has a slow
metabolism, they should be concerned about the overall number of calories they consume since if they
do not burn quickly, they will develop fat in our bodies. When combined with physical activity and
keeping a healthy weight, eating correctly is the most effective approach to keep your body strong and
healthy. However, many people are unconcerned with the type, variety and quantity of food they
consume on a daily basis. Nowadays, the population of people who consume unhealthy foods
outnumbers those who consume good meals.

Other than that, good food can help a person avoid harmful disorders like obesity. Obesity is becoming
more prevalent among young people as result of poor food consumption. Foods high in calories can
induce clogged arteries, which can be fatal. According the studies, Malaysians are more likely than other
countries to develop obesity at an early age as a result of eating unhealthy food and not exercising.
Everyone needs to be more sensitive to this situation so that they might eat more nutritiously in their
daily lives.

To summarise, eating properly does not imply giving up the opportunity to enjoy life's pleasures.
Healthy eating is an important factor in developing individuals who prioritise the consumption of healthy
foods that can have a good impact on the process of human growth. Healthy diet can also boost health
and help to prevent harmful diseases.
