ESSAY ABOUT HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Nowadays I think that’s very important to stay healthy with brain and
body. I’m on the opinion that it helps to live better and with fewer
physicals problems.
To follow this target, one of the things that one person can do is diet.
Firstly, you should eat healthy with the right amounts, eating a lot of
vegetables and fruit or use less oil while cooking. You should avoid
deep frying as much as possible. Secondly, try not to eat junk food,
so you shouldn’t go to fast food, for example Mc Donald; For this
reason, it is a fact that in USA many people are a little fat, because
they often go to fast foods.
Another important thing to do is exercise. You should exercise
regularly, spend more time outdoors and do activities like walking,
running, cycling and swimming. So, you can’t spend too much time
on mobile phones, laptops or televisions. On the other hand, you
should to set a healthy sleeping routine for every day, for example,
waking up early in the morning and going to bed early at night.
In conclusion, I’m of the opinion that having a good diet and doing
exercise three times a week can bring excellent results for your body.
So get up from that sofa and go out to have a walk that it’s always
good.
