and we have helped more than number homeowners’ harness solar energy to

As the cost per Kw/h of energy from power grids continues to rise each year, many
homeowners are seeking long-term alternatives to reduce their energy bills. Solar
energy is a great alternative to drawing power from the electric grid, and saves
homeowners substantially in the long run while also benefiting the environment.

In this proposal, we’ve included details regarding the expected impact that a solar
brand system will have on your grid energy use and overall household energy
costs. You’ll also find information showing when you’re projected to “break even”
on the system given your current and projected energy use, and what your savings
beyond that point will be.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Equipment Warranty The equipment/components warranty is covered by the manufacturers of
the equipment. Fusion Solar Energy is happy to coordinate all necessary actions/documentations
to claim manufacturer warranties.

 Inverter comes with 5 years Manufacturer’s Replacement Warranty

 PV modules/Solar panel comes with 10 years standard manufacturer warranty.
 25 Years Manufacturer’s Performance warranty of the PV modules/Solar panels.

O&M Services Fusion Solar Energy offers One-year Free of cost aftersales & O&M services.

Booking of Project The minimum amount for booking of solar project is 80%. Amount received
less than 80% will fall in price escalation category.

Price Escalation Fusion Solar Energy quoted prices are subject to change w.r.t forex exchange
currency rate of USD. Any increase/hike in material cost/market fluctuation will cause price
escalation if payment is not received as per SOP. If a customer’s payment is received less than
80% after the validity of proposal, he/she will have to pay price escalation.

Timeline of Installation The timeline for the design and installation of project is within 3-4
weeks from the signing of project proposal & advance payment confirmation from Fusion Solar
Energy accounts department. Fusion Solar Energy takes no responsibility if any delay caused due
to natural phenomenon, any public holiday, unrest situation in country or any others factor(s)
which are not in control of Fusion Solar Energy.

Delivery of Equipment(s) Delivery of major equipment will be made only after the clearance of
80% payment. Payment should be cleared before 48 Hrs of delivery date. No delivery will be
made, in any case, if payment is not cleared as per SOP. If any delay is caused due to non-
payment, the customer is responsible for that.

Design & Survey Fusion Solar Energy’s technical team will conduct on your premises(s) one or
more comprehensive surveys and installation analyses in order to establish detailed evaluations
& technical design. Customer’s responsibility is to provide safe access to the site/roof top is for
Fusion Solar Energy team.

Net-Metering Fusion Solar Energy shall provide proper guidance/assistance for customer’s net-
metering. Fusion Solar Energy shall take no responsibility for timeline/duration of net-metering.
The net-metering process is subject to only NEPRA’s & DISCO’s/WAPDA’s rules & regulations and
Fusion Solar Energy can’t force NEPRA/WAPDA for net-metering. Net-metering process will be
started only after clearance of 100% payment as per SOP.

Earthing AC/DC Earthing bore(s)/pit will be made at approx. 30 to 40 feet or to the depth where
there is enough moisture content to achieve the resistance of less than 5 Ohms as per earthing
standards. Any change of work/extra work will be charged as per actual.

Sanction Load/3 Phase Sanction Load should be equal or greater than solar system to be
installed for net-metering. Fusion Solar Energy will provide due guidance for the increase or
enhancement of sanction load, but won’t provide any service/charges or take any responsibility
for that. This is solely customer’s responsibility.

In case of single phase connection, customer should provide 3 phase connection near inverter’s
installation point. An extra 3 phase wire from meter to DB is solely customer’s responsibility and
Fusion Solar Energy or representative of the company will take no responsibility for this.
Additionally, availability of 3 Phase enabled DB is customer’s responsibility.

Twenty-Five Years Performance (25YP) refers to the estimated performance of the system
based on the weather (such as PSH) and equipment data obtained from the industry standard
sources. Actual PV system performance over 25 years can swing ±10% both in terms of energy
and revenue generations. Expected annual generation is subject to cleaning/washing of solar
panels on weekly basis which is in client’s scope.

Return on Investment (ROI) is a performance measure used to evaluate investment return. The
benefit of an investment less cost of an investment is used to calculate ROI.

Modification, Deviation and Extra Works Any type of modification/deviation and extra work if
requested by the Client or required by the conditions of the site for installation – provided that
such deviation is approved by the Client – as a deviation to Scope of Work (minor or major), the
same shall be charged additionally as per mutual agreement in writing and signed by both Parties
on “Change of Work”. Further, any material required to execute such modification shall be
charged as per mutually agreed upon rates.

Unforeseen Circumstances Both parties will make every effort to abide by the agreed schedule.
However due to any unforeseen circumstances, both parties agree to accommodate the other if
the project or part thereof must be rescheduled. Fusion Solar Energy will not any responsibility
for the damage(s) caused due to natural phenomenon i.e. flood, earth quick etc.

Scope of Work: Included: Complete Installation & Transportation.

Excluded/Client’s Responsibility(s): a) Increase of sanctioned load on Electricity Bill. b) Name

change on Electricity Bill, Purchase of MDI Meter (if required). c) Regular maintenance of system
such as the washing/cleaning of panels. d) Distribution of Load (Internal Wiring/extra wiring etc.)

Payment Terms: 1) 80% Advance

10% before Installation

*In case of non-payment, system shall not energize. Fusion Solar Energy reserves the rights to
take legal action against the defaulter/deviator from the contract/agreement.

CUSTOMER SIGNOFF
I acknowledge and agree to the proposed price, to all the terms and conditions, and
adhere to all the payment obligations. I further acknowledge that the representative
of the company has explained me regarding the payment terms, timelines, and net-
metering process. I am liable to pay the additional charges to Fusion Solar Energy as
