We are pleased to inform that you have been selected as “ON JOB TRAINEE” in our

organization at M/s, Marvel Technology & Tools Pvt Ltd, Plot-33, Janhavi Indl Estate, Off-
Kunigal Road, Hanchipura Village, Nelamangala Taluk, and Bangalore Rural-562123.

With Following Terms and Conditions:

POSITION :  ON JOB TRAINEE

DEPARTMENT :  MAINTENACE
MONTHLY STIPEND + ATTN BONUS :  Rs. 14,000/Month
ANNUAL BONUS/INCENTIVE :  Not Applicable
DATE OF JOINING :  on or before 03rd Apr 2023

 
1. Your training is for a period of Four months from the date of report to the work, in case
company can increase the period of training up to 6 months also.
2. You will be imparted training in shifts and also liable to be transferred from one
department to another department or from one section to another.
3. Please note that during your training period, you will not be entitled to any other
company service benefits.
4. If we found your performance is satisfactory in during the period 4 months of training,
then you will be sent to work in our customer place that M/s Linamar India Private
Limited in Devas (in Devas accommodation will not be provided).
5. On successful completion of training you undertake to work on Dewas facility for a
minimum period of 12 months after training.
6. you have to give an undertaking to serve for a period of 12 months, In case you do not
serve for 12 months you will be liable for pay amount of Rs.1,00,000/-
7. If, at any time of your training you are not found suitable, your further training will be
concluded without assigning any reason whatsoever and without any notice.
8. Duly countersigned copies of this agreement bond will constituent to a valid between
M/s. MARVEL TECHNOLOGY & TOOLS PVT. LTD and Mr. DHARMENDRA
SONI.
9. This Agreement bond shall be effective when signed by both Parties (the "Effective
Date") and thereafter shall remain in effect for 04 months of training + 01 year of
service, unless earlier terminated as otherwise provided in this Agreement (the “Initial
Term”).
