Maintenance Schedule

1. Typical needed working time on the converter (does not include preparation, closing, waiting or traveling time).
2. The air filters can be replaced or cleaned. The action should be made based on the actual condition of the filter.
3. The cooling fans can be serviced by an authorized service representative or replaced.
4. The printed circuit boards in the converter and the spare ones can be replaced by new ones or by refurbished ones.
5. Converter improvements based on development, software modifications etc.
6. According to preventive maintenance manual
7. Only the printed circuit boards need to be replaced. For the other spare parts no actions are needed.
8. Spare printed circuit boards can be protected against aging by powering up the boards with an external voltage supply every 2
years.
