BUSINESS CASE PROJECT CHARTER PROJECT OFFICE

Why org need business case?

-To guide and Measure
(1) this leaves fewer resources available for more valuable projects
(2) help the project kung ano ang i-prioritize
(3) kung walang business case, parang walang basis na sinusundan/ dapat nakalatag,
how?
(4) has no clear way, target, kung na attain ba, nilalatagmaigi kung ano ang target
(5) how well did the resources usage support the org. goals. Helps us to improve, alam
na gagawin ano next.
PREVENTIVE ACTION.

 Not carry any legal height
 Temporary endeavor
 NOT ALWAYS ONE DOCUMENT
-not single document
-work order-purchase order

-requirements may be completely
-assumption prediction
-kung may feasibility mas malalatag ang project

completion

maapektuhansamga project na ma implement.
