As part of our 2025 Responsible Sourcing Strategy, we are pleased to be members

of BCI Cotton.

Being members of BCI will allow us to contribute towards better cotton farming practices.
BCI works together with farmers and communities to improve farming methods for the
benefit of the environment and the farmers.

We encourage all suppliers sourcing cotton for the Lipsy Group to get this from a BCI
source. There should be no additional costs as BCI Cotton is cost neutral.

We are tracking BCI cotton used within products across the Lipsy Group as part of our
Responsible sourcing program, with the aim to move towards 100% of all our cotton to be
responsibly sourced.

To allow us to effectively monitor the usage, please advise your buying teams when using
BCI cotton, stating the PO number. This will allow us to track the progress.

Lipsy BCI account details: 1000866-2 – Lipsy

● BCCU’s are Better Cotton Claim Units.

○ 1 BCCU represents 1kg of cotton lint, as it comes from the cotton field.
● Suppliers must provide Lipsy with BCCU’s as BCI transactions in their BCI Platform.
● Allocate all of the cotton by weight within a garment.
● When uploading BCCU’s, please state;
○ the PO number,
○ item code with no spaces, only a comma to separate, e.g.
KA2587851,R34123
