This is in response to your letter seeking for approval on your plan to setup booth to facilitate the registration of the employees and leamers within their respective schools. This Office approves your request provided that: 1. proper coordination and consultation with the Public Schools District Supervisor and School Heads will be done prior to the implementation of the activity; 2. registration booths will be established on a strategic area in every schools with enough distance to students conducting limited face to face classes; 3. only those personnel, learners and/or parents present based on limited face to face classes schedule or module distribution schedule should participate, creation of schedule for learners and/or parents for the sole purpose of registering is discouraged to avoid large crowd going in to the schools; 4. personnel from your office who will facilitate the registration should be duly vaccinated; and 5. health protocols should be strictly observed.
