Please refer the above mentioned work of "Construction of partial constructed Field
Hostel of
Rangit- IV HE Project at Sikkip, West Sikkim, Sikkim" which was awarded to you
vide LOA
No.:
NH/R-IVHEP/P&C/C07/2021-22/208 dtd. 02/09/2022. As per the LOA, the work was to be
completed within 6 months.

In this regard it is to inform that the scheduled

completion date has already been expired but
still progress of the said work is not satisfactory. The work of
fabrication of truss/roof sheet
over stair, fixing of door shutters, false ceiling at terrace
and sanitary works etc. are going on
at very slow pace.
Further as informed earlier the work of fencing along the stairs
and back side is also to be
done. The existing manpower deployed at site is not
is getting hampered.
adequate due to which progress of work
It is therefore again
requested to deploy proper resources
the work without further delay,
otherwise suitable action shall
(manpower/material) to complete
be taken as per the contract
provisions.
