pollutant (SO2, NOx, O3, CO & PM10) to be replaced on the site to avoid any down time during monitoring phase. Our
highly trained and experienced engineers carry out the installation and commissioning of all rented or leased environmental

Saudi Envirozone has been awarded a contract to supply, operate and Maintaine Eleven Air Quality
Monitoring Stations and running the Stack Emission Testing from the stationary Sources covering Gases and
Particulate Matter (PM) in addition to Environmental Inspection consultancy visits to the factories, Air
dispersion Modeling activites over the Industrial citites and Capacity Building of MODON staff including
training programs, workshops and on job training.

Emirates Steel Industries (ESI) – Continuous Emission Monitoring Project: Envirozone

has been awarded, supplied, installed and commissioned 4 complete independent system
required for continuously monitoring the emissions from various stacks. Envirozone supplied
pollutant analyzer, dilution system, Sample Interface, Data Recorder, Sample Probe and
Tube, Control Unit, Required Alarm Systems and Required fitting and cables.

ADNOC AQMS Project: Envirozone/Nahla has been awarded with a most prestigious projects of the year
2007 “Air Quality Monitoring and Management System (AQMS)” by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company
(ADNOC). Major objective of this project is to provide efficient and accurate information on air quality to see
the effects of ADNOC group of companies operations locally and regionally in view of the potential future
developments of the economy and industry in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. There are six fixed type ambient air
quality monitoring and meteorological stations and 2 mobile stations used in this project to monitor all required
pollutants and meteorological parameters. Based on these measurements, an air quality modeling study is
also being carried out using USEPA approved CALPUFF/AERMOD air dispersion models for whole emirate of
Abu Dhabi to see the extent of pollutants dispersion released from ADNOC group of facilities.

ADWEA - Web Enabled Water Quality Monitoring Stations Project: Envirozone has been retained by Abu
Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA) to supply two web enabled water quality monitoring stations
to be installed at sea water intake channel for in-situ monitoring of temperature, conductivity, Dissolved
Oxygen (DO), pH, salinity, turbidity and Chlorophyll. As a part of this project, Envirozone has suppled and
installed online sensors Water Quality Loggers and Data Acquisition System to ADWEA. System is under
operation since November’2008.
 SAUDI ENVIROZONE

Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Co. (SATORP) – AQMS Project: Envirozone has
been awarded a contract, supplied and integrated 2 new Stations of Air Quality Monitoring Systems in
Jubail Saudi Arabia with parameters like Ozone, NO, NOx, NO2, Particulate Matters and some
Meteorological Paramaeters. Envirozone integrated all analyzers, sampling systems, calibrators and Data
Acquisition system software.

Qatar Petroleum (QP) - AQMS Project: Envirozone has been awarded a contract,
supplied and integrated 2 new Stations of Air Quality Monitoring Systems in Mesaieed and
Dukhan with parameters like Ozone, NO, NOx, NO2, SO2, H2S, CO and CO2. Envirozone
integrated all analyzers, sampling systems, calibrators and Data Acquisition system
software.

GASCO - Habshan Project:

Envirozone has successfully completed the project of supply, installation and commissioning of two
Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station (AAQMS) for Habshan GASCO plant. These stations are the
part of air monitoring project around the Habshan plant area. These two stations have been connected
with central station software (ScanAir) through wire less GSM communication.

The General Authority for Meteorology and Environmental Protection (GAMEP), Saudi
Arabia;
Saudi Envirozone has been awarded a contract to supply 10 Air Quality Monitoring Stations
with fully equipped Analyzers for parameters like PM10, PM2.5, Ozone, NO, NOx, NO2, SO2,
CO, HC, Benzene, Pb, H2S and some Meteorological Parameters. Saudi Envirozone will install
all analyzers, sampling systems, calibrators and Data Acquisition Systems, and then will
operate the 10 stations for 1 year.

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), Saudi Arabia; Saudi Envirozone has been
awarded a contract to supply 17 Air Quality Monitoring Station Analyzers for parameters like
PM10, PM2.5, Ozone, NO, NOx, NO2, SO2, CO, HC, Benzene, Pb, H2S and some
Meteorological Parameters. Envirozone will integrate all analyzers, sampling systems, calibrators
and Data Acquisition Systems.

Dar Al-Handasah (Dubai Airport) Dubai, UAE; Envirozone has been awarded a contract to
supply Air Quality Monitoring Station Analyzers for parameters like PM10, PM2.5, Ozone, NO,
NOx, NO2, SO2, CO, HC, Benzene, Pb, H2S and some Meteorological Parameters. Envirozone
will integrate all analyzers, sampling systems, calibrators and Data Acquisition Systems.

Noise Monitoring Terminals NMT’s
A noise-monitoring terminal consists of weatherproof microphone
equipment for noise measurement, data storage and
communication. A range of noise parameters are measured: LAeq
and LN levels as well as noise-event detection and weather
information. Some provide 1/3-octave band frequency analysis in
real-time allowing immediate calculation of indices such as EPNL
(perceived noise levels) of each aircraft flyover.
Some allow you to listen to the recorded noise events at your
leisure. Connection of a positioning system (GPS) unit to the
noise monitoring station can identify the position of the
measurement.

The software’s modern server-client architecture makes it a powerful noise data

management tool and a solid platform both for today and for the future. It offers
real-time communication with an unlimited number of Noise Monitoring Terminals
ensuring continuous data storage in both the NMTs and the System’s central
database. The software ensures data retrieval, analysis, reporting and export of
noise, weather, and geographic data through its configurable user interface with
built-in GIS functionality.

Noise levels can be calculated instead of being measured. In some cases, calculation is preferable
and may be the only practical method, for example, where there are relatively high residual noise
levels, where future levels need to be predicted or alternative scenarios need to be compared.
Calculation is also useful for large-scale noise mapping and where there is limited access to the
measurement position. Calculation is normally performed in accordance with a national, source-
specific standard.

Lima is suitable for environmental impact assessment, urban

planning and large-scale noise mapping. The generated 3D model
can also be used for other environmental assessments, such as air
pollution.

that has made airport noise monitoring compulsory in many countries.
Indeed, growing environmental concerns constitute one of the most serious
obstacles to capacity expansion of airports. Interfacing radar information
from the airport with a noise monitoring system allows flight tracking. This
provides data on track violations and singles out offending aircraft and
airlines. Knowing airplanes’ positions and identification is useful to correlate
aircraft movements with noise events and other factors: airport information,
weather conditions, and location of complainants.
