How a good video resume is planned and what are the pros and cons of
video resumes shown in the second video?

Planning Video Resume Effectively

To make an impactful video resume there are several ways we can do so.

(1) Write a script before so you can recall important and required talk you are going to
speak according to the requirement of the organization or the place you are applying
for.
(2) Personalize the video by only evaluating the required position, so the one who is
hiring you easily get your point of view, also personalize the recorded video resume
as it will not work at every place you apply at.
(3) As there are thousands of people who have applied for the similar post, so it would be
better to balance the time duration in which you can do attractive talk in less time.
This will help you in a sense that talk what’s important so that it doesn’t gets skipped
by listener so be to the point.
(4) Behave professionally during the Video resume to deliver it effectively. The tip is
not to make difficult for the person who is hiring you to understand what you are
speaking by listening to your video again and again.
(5) You can also take a feedback from the one who have gone through this stage. It will
bring different suggestions which you may prefer to modify. Also listen your recorded
video resume again and again and think what you could do better to make it more
impactful

So summing up recording effectively planed video resume follow the basic described step
above. The employer who is hiring you want you to speak about yourself and demanded
requirements like a little introduction, Studies, Hobbies, Skills etc., in prescribed timeslot as
there are thousands of applicants for the single job you are applying for, otherwise he will
simply skip to the next one. In my personal opinion deal this task by developing a sense in
your mind that first impression is the last one, so start professionally.
