1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 413, s.2021 re Conduct of The Quarterly Monitoring,
Evaluation, and Adjustment (MEA) Conference in the District and Schools, this office informs
the conduct of 1st Quarter Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustments (MEA) Conference to be held at
Balud Central School, Poblacion, Balud, Masbate on January 7, 2022 at 8:00 am. All school heads are
expected to be present both elementary and secondary.

2. Expenses relative to the conduct of this activity shall be charged to school local funds/MOOE
subject to the usual auditing rules and regulations.
