JOB TITLE: Associate/Senior Associate


JOB BAND: Job Band 2

JOB PURPOSE
The Associate/Senior Associate assists the Senior Accountant in the Accounting team in daily deliverables to
ensure excellent service to clients, including but not limited to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Maintains relationship with daily client contact;
 Performs daily work with medium complexity, including:
 Full set of bookkeeping: Capital, accrual, foreign exchange, fixed assets, leasing, AR, AP, …
 Review daily assigned to trainee: issuing invoices, payments, bookkeeping, VAT returns;
 Prepare monthly financial statements, quarterly CIT estimation, FCT computation;
 Prepare statistic reports;
 Prepare management reports/ financial analysis;
 Performs more advanced data entry and quality document control;
 Prepare monthly billing to clients;
 Assist to train trainee level;
 Perform other duties as assigned;

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS


 Degree holder with recognized accounting qualification or business related disciplines;
 1 – 2 years relevant experience in professional firms or multinationals;
 Experience in accounting/payroll/shipping and banking procedures;
 Sound knowledge of international and local accounting practices;
 Advanced excel skill set;
 Good knowledge of local system (e.g. Viewpoint);
 Good command of both spoken and written English.
