Request for start-up and push back at TOBT (window of +/- 5min). 2.2 Pilot must ensure that ACFT is ready at TOBT +/- 5min. If not ready for start-up and push back within the specified time window pilots shall report to ground handling ‘company who will update the TOBT. START-UP AND PUSH-BACK Approval for start-up/push-back/taxi must be obtained from GND. Request of such permission shall include stand or po: and only be made when ACFT is fully ready to comply. Push-back approval includes permission to start engines during push-back. 3.4 3.2. Push-back is compulsory for all nose-in stands. For self-service stands push-back is normally mandatory for all JET ACFT. Handling agent will inform if applicable or not. Power-back as an alternative to push- back where mandatory is not allowed. 3.3. When delayed by CTOT, ACFT may be ordered to push and hold due to stand capacity. Instructions will be given by ATC. USE OF APU ‘APU shall not be used when parking ACFT, other than required to start engine or controlling cabin temperature. The APU may not be started earlier than Smin before estimated time of push-back or taxiing If APU is to be used earlier than such time, there shall be agreement between the airline and handling company in question, 5. TAXI 5.1. Taxiing from Terminal 2 gate 61 and 62 via exit UA, from gate 63-65 via exit UB and from gate 66-69 via exit UC. 5.2. Taxiing from Terminal 5 stand 1-7 via exit ZL and from stands 12-18 via exit ZK. 6. DE-ICING 6.1. TKOF RWY O1L/19R and 08/26: 6.1.1 De-icing will take place at parking stand or other advised de-icing spot. 6.1.2 At Terminal 2 push-back will be performed before de-icing starts. 6.1.3 De-iced ACFT is not allowed to taxi on following TWY: TWY U BTN UC and UG. TWY W BTN Z and W8. For preventive de-iced ACFT no restrictions will apply. 62 TKOF RWY O1R/19L: 6.2.1 De-icing will take place at remote de-icing apron M. 6.2.2 After instruction from GND ACFT shall contact APN 131.425 before entering apron M, for information about stand (M5- M9). ACFT stop position will be indicated by yellow illuminated line where contact with requested de-icing company shall be established. Monitoring on GND freq is however mandatory during the whole procedure. After finished de-icing and clear signal, contact GND for taxi clearance. IMMEDIATE TKOF Flight crew not ready for immediate TKOF during outtaxing shall advise TWR before entering RWY holding position. HIRO (HIGH INTENSITY RWY OPERATION) In order to reduce delays and expedite traffic HIRO should as far as possible be applied to all ACFT. 81 TKOF Pilots should commence TKOF roll without delay on receipt of TKOF clearance. If unable to comply notify TWR in advance. INTERSECTION TKOF position: ACFT shall request intersection TKOF position from GND earliest when on TWY or on initial contact with TWR. Non FMS/RNAV equipped ACFT: Departing ACFT not equipped for FMS/ RNAV SID shall inform CLR DLY by using phraseology “UNABLE RNAV SID DUE RNAV TYPE”, After receiving a SID, Non FMS/RNAV ACFT shall follow instructions in “ACFT unable to follow FMS/RNAV SID", that contains tracks and speed and can expect radar vectors to the exit point stated in the flight plan. 10.2. Restricted use for B757, B767 and MD11: (Not valid for 8767/8757 with Honeywell Pegasus FMS). Due to FMS equipment which do not get the ACFT inside designated tracks after first turn, a note in the description of certain SID requires these ACFT types to use following procedure: 1. After TKOF disregard FMS. 2. Ata specified DME distance, turn to a specified track. 3. When established on specified track, use FMS and fly direct to a specified WPT. 10.3. Applied practice for low speed ACFT: ACFT, described below, will during daytime 06-21 be cleared to follow low speed departure routes (climb-out on a heading to an altitude) instead of SID. These low speed departure routes will be assigned by ATC. - PROP ACFT with a MTOW less than 9t. - PROP ACFT with a MTOW more than 9t which fulfil the requirements in ICAO Annex 16, Chapter 3 or 5.
