Cheeseburger Cups

INGREDIENTS : Optional Toppings:


o 1 lb. ground beef Cocktail size dill pickles
o ½ cup ketchup Grape Tomatoes
o 2 tbsp. brown sugar
o 1 tbsp. mustard
o ½ onion, diced
o 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
o 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
o 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

DIRECTIONS :

1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink,
breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in the onions and cook for
1-2 minutes.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, mustard,
and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the ground beef and stir.
Remove from the heat; set aside.
3. Cut each biscuit in half. Press the biscuit half onto the bottom and
up the sides of a greased muffin cup. Spoon beef mixture into
cups; top with cheese cubes. Bake at 400° for 14-16 minutes or
until cups are golden brown.
4. Place a cocktail sized dill pickle and grape tomato on a toothpick
and stick into the cheeseburger cups.
