Elementary C Task #1: “GADGET PUBLITCITY” Instructions • You should create a type of publicity describing an old gadget that isn´t in the market anymore (walkie-talkie, old cameras, 11-00). For example, it could be a flyer, a poster, or a billboard. You should present it in a written form as a very attractive product and convince the public to buy it. • Requirements: • You should include original and creative designs of the gadget or product. • You should write 80 words minimum. • You should use vocabulary about shopping and buying which includes prices and characteristics of the product. • You cannot copy anything from the Internet. You cannot use translators. If you do that, you will get a “0”. Ask your teacher for the deadline. Elementary C Task #1: “GADGET PUBLITCITY” Evaluation criteria: • Grammar 30% • Vocabulary 30% • Spelling/Punctuation/Capitalization 20% • Task completion 15% • Punctuality 5% Elementary C Task #2: “A Foodie RECIPE” Instructions: • First of all, you will surf the Internet looking for some food recipes. Then, you will prepare a presentation to show this recipe. In the presentation you can only have images – there cannot be any text/words. You should include the ingredients list, the instructions/steps; and some kitchen measurements (like tablespoon, teaspoon, pint, liter, cup, gallon etc.). At the end, you should say why you selected this recipe. • Requirements: • In the presentation, you should include: – ingredients, kitchen measurements and steps – countable and uncountable nouns – quantifiers • You cannot read (from the PPT or paper). Please, learn the vocabulary you will need in advance. • Your presentation should last for 3 to 5 minutes. Ask your teacher for the deadline.
