Bad Employee 1: Farrah Bad Employee 2: Tushara
Client 1: Zakiyyah Client 2: Nejma
Scenario: Poor Communication in the workplace.

Somebody told you the cost of a fridge was $2500 but you forgot and thought it
was $2125 so you went to the store to purchase the item and it was on 15%
discount so you bought it without looking at the price and when you left the
store. You looked at the bill and realized you paid more than you intended to and
you thought they raised the price higher, so you went to complain to the cashier
and she told you as far as she knew that was the original price. She then called
the manager and you told her your complaint and returned it anyway because
you thought they were false advertising and in return you got a refund for the
mistake made, later you realized that the price was actually $2500 and you mixed
up the price.

Both Clients Enter Store and Walk up to the Cashier Counter
Client 1: Hello Good-day, We just purchased something here and it seems that I
paid more than I was supposed to.
Bad Employee 1 Looks Up From Conversation with Bad Employee 2
Bad Employee 1: Hm? What did you say?
Both Clients Are Taken Back From Bad Employee 1’s Attitude
Client 2: We said.. that we came here because something we were charged more
for something we purchased.
Bad Employee 2: Mm well we can’t help you with that. You already purchased it.
The Bad Employees Shrug Them Off And Go Back To Their Conversation
Client 1: But-
Bad Employee 1: Can’t you see we’re busy speaking?
Bad Employee 2: Customers these days are so rude.
The Clients Walk Away from The Cashier Counter and Goes Up to Two Other
Employees
Client 2: Hi Good-day. Can you two help us with something?
Good Employee 1: Yes of course! What is it?
Client 1: Well earlier today we purchased this mini fridge from you all but it seems
like we were charged too much for it.
Good Employee 2: What do you mean? What price were you meant to get it for?
Client 2: We were supposed to get the mini fridge for $2125 but we got it for
$2500. Your website said we were receiving a 15% discount on the mini fridges
today but we didn’t get the discount apparently.
Good Employee 1: We weren’t told anything about a 15% discount ma’am. Are
you sure that’s what you saw?
Client 1: Yes We’re sure! This is false advertising, how is your site saying one thing
but now you’re saying something totally different?
Client 2: This is absoutely unbelievable. First, your employee at that cashier
counter was extremely rude and now we are being told there was never a 15%
discount?
Good Employee 2: Hold on. Let me get my Supervisor for this section and maybe
she can help you two with this situation, okay?
Client 1: OK Thank you very much.
Good Employee 2 Leaves and Returns with The Home Appliances Supervisor
Supervisor: Hello, Good-day. What is the issue that you are having?
Client 2: We purchased a mini fridge from you today expecting a 15% discount
because your website stated that today we could get that discount but when we
purchased the mini fridge the original price stayed the same and we did not
receive a discount.
Supervisor: Well that is strange because we were not meant to have any
discounts today… Are you sure that is what you saw on our site?
Client 1: Yes we are very sure. That is what your site said. We would like the make
a complaint to the highest executive that you have in store today.
Supervisor: Okay ma’am. Again I am sorry for the inconvenience
The Supervisor Leaves and Returns with the Store Manager
Manager: Hello Ladies. I heard about your complaint. Would you please explain
the situation for me please?
Client 2: Yes Of course. We were not given the 15% discount on a mini fridge that
we purchased that was advertised on your site. Not only that but two of your
employees dismissed our complaint at first, disrespecting us by calling us rude
and carrying on their conversation. We both find this behavior absolutely
disrespectful and I hope the right actions are taken.
Manager: Well firstly, I apologize on behalf of those two employees. They will
surely be reprimanded for their actions
Client 1: Thank you very much.
Manager: And secondly, I believe the discount that you saw was the sale on mini
fridges that happened last month. There is no sale happening today and as the
manager I can assure you that you made a mistake.
Client 2: Oh We are so very sorry for making such a fuss. We apologize for wasting
your time.
Manager: It is alright but we will be happy to give you 5% off of the mini fridge for
the troubles that you went through with our employees.
Both Clients Nod
Client 1: Thank you very much, we would be happy to accept that discount.
THE END
