Answer the following:
a. In what area of classroom Management was the teacher most effective? Which of the supportive
measures were effective? Why?
The area of classroom management the teacher was most effective is in the organizational
plan because hers is very flexible and works well even the instruction is given individually or
by group. The supportive measures in which the teacher is most effective is in the way of
making her students answer during recitation in which the teacher would call a random
student which gives opportunity to everyone to participate during discussion and this is
actually effective because most of the students are participative during discussion.
b. In what area of classroom Management was the teacher least effective? Which of the supportive
measures were not effective? Why?
I cannot say that she is least effective in the routines because the routinary activities are
effective because those create a signal that the class has already started .Rather, it is much
better to say that the teacher must add some energizer before the class starts so that there is a
greater assurance that the students’ attention were caught.
The teacher may start with some energizer like games, yell or a song that would uplift the
mood of the students and would lessen their tardiness in the class. These samples of
energizers can be employed inside the classroom so that the teacher may assure that the
students will be attentive in class, will not be sleepy or will not appear to be lazy in
performing tasks for the day in her subject.
