Observation Analysis
Classroom Management Description of the Comments on the
Area Supportive Measures Effectiveness of Recommendations
Observed Supportive Measures

1. Organizational Plan The classroom’s This is effective because There is nothing I

organizational plan is the instruction is both could recommend
flexible carried individually and regarding this
by group depending on the because the teacher
nature of the lesson or has a well-
activity established
organizational plan
2. Schedule The time for activities and This is favorable because There is nothing I
lessons is always allotted the time allotment is not could recommend
properly because there is exhausting and as the because the teacher
no undertime or overtime same time, the students could always utilize
learn enough for the the time properly
particular schedule of the
day
3. Record Keeping The records such as The record keeping is very There is nothing I
attendance, quizzes, organized could recommend
written outputs, etc are because the teacher
properly monitored and is well-organized
consolidated

4. Physical Environment The classroom is quite The lighting of the room I recommend to
dark may affect the students’ have a proper
learning especially those lighting in the
who do not have clear classroom so that it
eyesight would be conducive
for learning
5. Discipline The approach of the The way of disciplining is There is nothing I
teacher in disciplining is effective because the could recommend
appropriate for the types of teacher does not need to because most of the
learners she is handling shout just to discipline her students are
students respectful and
disciplined

6. Routines The routinary activities are The routinary activities I recommend to

common such as prayer, are effective because sometimes have an
checking the attendance those create a signal that energizer before the
and assignments if there the class has already lesson begins
is/are any started

Answer the following:

a. In what area of classroom Management was the teacher most effective? Which of the supportive
measures were effective? Why?

The area of classroom management the teacher was most effective is in the organizational
plan because hers is very flexible and works well even the instruction is given individually or
by group. The supportive measures in which the teacher is most effective is in the way of
making her students answer during recitation in which the teacher would call a random
student which gives opportunity to everyone to participate during discussion and this is
actually effective because most of the students are participative during discussion.

b. In what area of classroom Management was the teacher least effective? Which of the supportive
measures were not effective? Why?

I cannot say that she is least effective in the routines because the routinary activities are
effective because those create a signal that the class has already started .Rather, it is much
better to say that the teacher must add some energizer before the class starts so that there is a
greater assurance that the students’ attention were caught.

c. Suggest more effective ways for your answer in number 2.

The teacher may start with some energizer like games, yell or a song that would uplift the
mood of the students and would lessen their tardiness in the class. These samples of
energizers can be employed inside the classroom so that the teacher may assure that the
students will be attentive in class, will not be sleepy or will not appear to be lazy in
performing tasks for the day in her subject.
