HOW TO MAKE SMALL YELLOW RICE

INGREDIENTS:

1 liter of white rice

1/2 liter of glutinous rice

Salt to taste

3 bay leaves

Turmeric

Chicken meat

Boiled eggs

Fried tempe

Fried tofu

Abon

Bull, tomato and red chili

Garlic and shallots

STEPS:

First, wash the rice until clean then put the rice in a pot, mix it with turmeric water, salt to
taste, and bay leaves. Cook until the water shrinks. After that, move the rice into the steamer
pot. Steam the rice for about 30 minutes until cooked.

Second, slice the tofu and tempeh then marinate with seasonings for about 5 minutes,
then fry the two in hot oil until cooked, then boil the eggs for 8 minutes and drain.

Third, cut the chicken meat and boil it with all the spices until the water is reduced, then
fry the chicken meat until golden brown. then to make the sambal, cut the shallots, garlic, and
chilies, then fry them in a little oil, and grind them until smooth.

Fourth, print yellow rice with a cone-shaped mold, then arrange the side dishes
aesthetically, and use vegetables as garnishes
