 ResortsBrokerInternational.com will be responsible for flights (First Class round trip) on main
destination after June. Round trip transportation (VIP) from your home address to the airport.
Transportation VIP round trip is included for all-inclusive vacations.
 Your vacation package is valid for 2 years starting on the date of activation.
 This promotion is only valid for participants with 25 years of age and must present valid ID that include
their age. You are eligible for this promotion in exchange of 90 minutes to tour our host resorts.
 No blackout dates. Up to a 40% discount on tours and excursions.
 To request a reservation, it is necessary to apply for the dates at least 30 to 45 days in advance for
regular season and 60 to 90 days in advance for high season.
 Reservation process will take 7 to 10 business days.
 Travel dates are guaranteed with a minimum 30-day advance notice on all vacations.
 High season dates are considered to be the period of November 21-28, March 10 to April 25th and
starting December 17th through January 7th.
 Additional nights, extra rooms and room upgrades to mayor category will be subject to hotel availability
and fees may vary depending on the time of the year.
 Once completing a vacation, you must give us at least 3 months before booking your next vacation.
 Once you have received your room confirmation with dates from the resort, the title holder of the
certificate will cover an activation fee with our reservations department of $120.00 USD converted to
Mexican Pesos at the exchange rate of the day. If you travel during the high season, you are responsible
for a high season fee of $180.00 USD at the time of reservations.
 In order to transfer this package to another friend or family member, the original title holder should
notify, in writing, on time and before the due date.
 The vacation certificate should not be modified or altered and is ruled by the laws of the State of
Quintana Roo.
 ResortsBrokerInternational.com will not be liable for any verbal or written offers that are not
stipulated in your vacation certificate.
 Your vacation certificate is subsidized by the vacation clubs of our resorts therefore; you are committed
to attend a Welcome Breakfast Buffet the next day of your arrival. (Duration 90mins-120mins.)
