    PJP_VS_003: Analyze KPI Categories

    Test Script Flow Description


    Step
    PJP_VS_003. Login with the user having “Project Manager” role (GB.ProjManager1 user and Password).

    Navigation: Navigator > Project Financial Management > Search Project

    PJP_VS_003. Select row of Project. This will open the Project. Now Click on Analyze KPI Categories from the
    2 Tasks list.

    Navigation: Tasks > Analyze KPI Categories


    PJP_VS_003. System displays the existing added KPIs( Use can add more KPIs) from
    3 Action-> Add KPIs to Project
    Select the KPI and select settings parameters and Save & Close
    PJP_VS_003. To Evaluate KPI in Detail, Click on KPI

    PJP_VS_003. Evaluate the KPI performance across Project task and resources.
