We are glad to announce a Discount to you for the purchase of V-Guard Induction Cook top from
1st October 2022 to 31st December 2022. Please find herewith the details of the discount.
Quantity Discount
30 nos. to 59 nos. Rs.50/- per piece
60 nos. to 99 nos. Rs.70/- per piece
100 nos. to 199 nos. Rs.90/- per piece
200 nos. & above Rs.100/- per piece
Free Quantity will not be calculated in the above discount
Terms & Conditions
1. The Discount amount will not be settled in cash or kind.
2. If there is shortage of any of the models mentioned above, dealer is supposed to purchase the
available model to qualify for the discount.
3. Sales return if any will be deducted from the eligible offtake.
4. Cash reimbursement of discount is not permissible & adjustment in payments also will not be
allowed.
5. No claim will be entertained for the non-availability of the products.
6. Discount will be settled as per the prevailing Statutory Tax, Rules & Regulations at the time
of settlement of discount
7. Company reserves the absolute right to withdraw / modify the offer or any terms and conditions of
the discount at any time without prior notice.
8. For all purposes, the interpretation & implementation of this offer will be governed by V-Guard
Industries Limited & the decision of the Company will be binding on all concerned
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of company shall be final and binding. All disputes are subject
to the jurisdiction of Ernakulam
