MOBILE PROCESSORS

ABSTRACT:
Mobile processors form a large and very fast growing segment of
semiconductor market. Cell phones have become a necessity for many
people throughout the world. The ability to keep in touch with family,
business associates, and access to email are increasing the importance
of cell phones. Now a days mobile processor is made up of multiple
cores i.e., dual cores, quad core, octacore. Android mobiles now
manufactured with octacore processor rather than quad core
processors used in past days.
Processor may consists of two main parts CPU and GPU. CPU performs
logical and arithmetic actions,where GPU Is used to run games.CPU
receive the input from the user and it proccess gives the exact output to
the user.CPU is build up with arm cortex chip. Most of the processors
come with aredno GPU chip and kyro CPU chip.Every processor have a
clock speed.speed of mobile is based on clock speed.Proccessor is
inbuilt with nano meter technology.Less nm(nano meter) for example
6nm techology helps for reduce the heat of mobile and reduce
consumption of battery.
