Schedule 1: all seasons Jakarta Thamrin Rates
all seasons Jakarta Thamrin shall provide to Embassy of Spain the rates as set out below, for
their personnel’s business use.

The rates quoted in the attached Corporate Rate Agreement are based on a minimum number
of 50 estimated room nights.

Quarterly reviews will be scheduled between all seasons Jakarta Thamrin and Embassy of
Spain to review Embassy of Spain production of room nights. all seasons Jakarta Thamrin
reserves the right to re-negotiate the rates set out in the attached Corporate Rate Agreement or
offer Embassy of Spain the best unrestricted rate of the day, if the production of room nights is
less than the agreed commitment per nominated hotel in any 12 (twelve) months period during
the term of the Corporate Rate Agreement.

All rates are per room, per night, and apply for the number of persons shown. Rates are room
only unless indicated otherwise.
Extra beds are not available for some room categories for additional charge.
Rates are for individual travel and not applicable for groups.

These rates are valid from the dates specified above and do not automatically renew thereafter.
At the expiration of this period a new rate may be negotiated and is non-commisionable.

The rates cover (the accommodation for one or two persons / per room, the breakfast for single
or double, 24 hours internet access in-room and public area), additional breakfast will be
charged at IDR 145.200 nett per person. These agreed rates are in nett price. The rates
granted by all seasons Jakarta Thamrin to Embassy of Spain will be readjusted accordingly.

The above rates are subject to availability at all times and blackout dates will apply as well as
certain minimum night stay restrictions.

Hotel Complimentary Services

Complimentary Wifi internet access up to 1Mb, access to Seasons Mini Gym, Free unlimited
mineral water in a self service way in the hospitality area, opening hours; Weekday from
10:00AM to 10:00PM and Weekend from 11:00AM to 10:00PM.

Guest Room Amenities

In – room coffee making facilities, In – room private safes designed for laptops, in-room iron and
iron board (on request), and telephones.

Deluxe City View – with additional:

Complimentary 1 (one) time minibar on the day of arrival.

Junior Suite - with additional:

i-Pod docking station, in room espresso machine and complimentary shoe shine service.

Airport Transportation:
The Hotel is working closely with Golden Bird/Blue Bird Group for Transportation arrangement,
the transportation prices may changes at anytime.

Corporate Rate Agreement
By signing this Corporate Rate Agreement, Embassy of Spain agrees to observe and be
bound by the provisions contained in the following documents:
 Schedule 1: which sets out the specific rates and conditions for all seasons Jakarta
Thamrin ,
 Schedule 2: which sets out the general terms and conditions of this Agreement; and
 Any subsequent schedules or attachments that the parties may from time to time
agree to include as part of this Agreement.

This Agreement is dated the 01 January 2017, between:

provided that this Agreement may be terminated for
any one or more of such reasons by written notice
from one party to the other without liability.

either (a) owned or leased by Accor or by an Accor
Affiliate; (b) owned by a third party and managed by
Accor or by an Accor Affiliate; or (c) franchised by
Accor or an Accor Affiliate to a third party. The Accor

paragraph (a) is operated are referred to as “Owned
Hotels” and the Accor Hotels from which a business
falling within paragraph (b) and (c) is operated are
referred to as “Agent Hotels”.Embassy of Spain

Hotels and as agent of the owner of the business
being carried on Agent Hotels and agrees that Accor
has no liability for obligations required to be

to have removed from this Agreement from time to
time by giving Embassy of Spain not less than 7
days notice in writing. Upon expiration of such notice
period, Schedule 1 will be deemed to have been
amended accordingly. Where an Accor Hotel is
removed from Schedule 1 and/or is no longer an
Owned Hotel or an Agent Hotel, Accor will have no
further liability to Embassy of Spain in respect of that
Accor Hotel.

their respective employees and agents in relation to
this Agreement will be binding unless that
representation is in writing and is incorporated into
this Agreement.
Embassy of Spain is liable to pay all monies in full
to the relevant Accor Hotel for all accommodation
and related costs pursuant to this Agreement.
Payment must be made by either Embassy of Spain
or Personnel strictly in accordance with the payment
terms notified to Embassy of Spain or Personnel at
the time of booking (unless alternative payment

Embassy of Spain may not assign or transfer its
rights under the agreement without Accor’s prior
written consent.
