WORK INSTRUCTION FOR MILLING MACHINE OPERATION
1. Check the workplace and surrounding area is clean and ensure there is no slip hazards
present
2. Clamp the work piece in jaws of chuck and operate the machine to get the first piece
approval from shift supervisor.
3. Every hour check the dimension as per the milling drawing.
4. IF the dimension become over size or under size, inform the supervisor and adjust the
bed height.
5. Do not store tools or accessories on top of the machine or on the milling bed.
6. Switch off the machine when work is completed.
7. Clean up all burr using a brush and dispose appropriately.
8. Always keep the machine & work place neat and clean.

MILLING MACHINE இயக்கத்திற்கான வேலை அறிவுறுத்தல்

1. பணியிடம் மற்றும் சுற்றியுள்ள பகுதி சுத்தமாக இருக்கிறதா என சரிபார்த்து, slip ஆபத்துகள் எதுவும்
இல்லை என்பதை உறுதிப்படுத்தவும்
2. ஷிப்ட் மேற்பார்வையாளரிடமிருந்து முதல் துண்டு ஒப்புதலைப் பெற, வேலைப் பகுதியை சக்
தாடைகளில் இறுக்கி, இயந்திரத்தை இயக்கவும்.
3. ஒவ்வொரு மணி நேரமும் வரைபடத்தின் படி பரிமாணத்தை சரிபார்க்கவும்.
4. பரிமாணத்தின் அளவு அதிகமாகவோ அல்லது குறைவாகவோ இருந்தால் மேற்பார்வையாளருக்குத்
தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டு bed உயரத்தை சரிசெய்யவும்.
5. கருவிகள் அல்லது பாகங்கள் இயந்திரத்தின் மேல் அல்லது அரைக்கும் படுக்கையில் சேமிக்க
வேண்டாம்
6. வேலை முடிந்ததும் இயந்திரத்தை அணைக்கவும்.
7. Brush பயன்படுத்தி அனைத்து burr சுத்தம் செய்து சரியான முறையில் அப்புறப்படுத்தவும்.
8. எப்பொழுதும் இயந்திரம் மற்றும் வேலை செய்யும் இடத்தை சுத்தமாக வைத்திருங்கள்.
