GENERAL SIGNS

 All temporary signs must be professionally printed. No hand-


written, air-brushed, or magic markers signs are allowed.
 Banners are not permitted.
 No signs or other advertising placards are to be taped to any
storefront windows or doors or anywhere on a cart or kiosk.
 Distress sale signs (“bankruptcy”, “moving”, “lost our lease”,
“going out of business”) are not permitted.
 All signage is subject to Landlord approval.

STOREFRONT SIGN CRITERIA


The following criteria must be met in designing, constructing and
displaying storefront sign:
Storefront Signage
Tenant shall provide, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, management
approved storefront signage and agrees to the following Landlord
criteria regarding signage, interior improvements and visual
merchandising, all subject to Landlord approval:
1. Storefront signage is required to be installed by a licensed
contractor and installed prior to store opening.
2. Storefront signage will be of matching color to current signboard
and completely cover any holes or blemishes currently visible on
the signboard.
3. Signage will be designed with raised lettering at least 1 ¼” in
depth and be a proportionate font size to signboard.

Sign proof/rendering must be submitted to management by a


professional sign company, detailing sign materials, overall sign
dimensions, letter size & font and color. Sign proofs will be provided to
management for approval no later than 1 week prior to installation.

Visual Merchandising & Storefront Display


1.   Tenant agrees to visually merchandise and maintain the
storefront display in a neat and professional manner at all times.
1. All Visual Merchandising and Storefront Display plans are subject
to Management approval.
2. Any interior improvements made to Premises, including slat-
wall, track lighting or new flooring, will be considered
permanent fixtures and will remain when vacated.

No store will be allowed to open for business until the sign design
has been approved by Landlord and installed.
NOTE: Sign companies usually require several weeks to create the sign. Please keep this in
mind and allow extra time for the preparation of the submittal package and timely installation
the storefront sign.
