A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BRANCH MANAGER RICHARD ANTONIO OF

THE COOPERATIVE BANK OF BENGUET, MAIN BRANCH and/ THE LEGAL
COUNSEL TO REPRESENT THE BANK IN CIVIL CASE NO. 340 (Cooperative Bank of
Benguet versus Spouses Menzi, et. al., ) IN ALL STAGES OF THE PROCEEDINGS

RESOLVE, as it is hereby Resolved, to authorize the Richard Antonio, Branch Manager of

Cooperative Bank of Benguet, Main Branch and/or the Legal Counsel, to represent the Bank
in Civil Case No. 340;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that Richard Antonio and/or the Legal Counsel is/are authorized:

1. To testify for the Bank, execute or sign affidavit and other similar documents affirming
or denying certain facts or documents.

2. To appear in behalf of the Bank during the pre-trial including the mediation and judicial
dispute resolution proceedings with full authority to enter into an amicable settlement as
well as sign any compromise agreement.

3. To sign, execute, secure and submit any documents and perform any and all acts
necessary to accomplish the above tasks.
