When I was in grade 7, I had curly hair and a pear-shaped body. I usually wore ridiculously big
glasses and faded blue jeans and I was often made fun of at school. At that time I was really
sad and I did not appreciate my body. However, everything changed when I was in grade 9 and
diagnosed with diabetes type 2. I was shocked because I thought I was not old enough to
suffer from this disease but it was not a dream. From that moment, I decided to pay more
attention to my health. I started going to the gym to exercise and follow a healthier diet. And
now after 2 years, not only did my diabetes disappear but I also underwent a magnificent
transformation. Because I have strictly followed the diets, I have lost some weight and look
thinner. My fashion taste has also improved, I usually put on simple clothes like plain dresses
and vintage sandals with elegant accessories like crystal earrings. I am much more confident
about my body and still keep bettering my health!
