Job Description:

 Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.


 Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
 Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
 Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
 Answering customers' questions on the products.
 Ensure timely follow-ups
 Meeting sales quotas.
 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls.
 Set up meetings regularly with potential clients, along with viewings for the sales team.

Requirement:

 Experience as a Telesales Representative or Customer Service Representative


 Familiar MS Office programs
 Good customer service skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Able to multitask
 Good team player
 Good negotiation Skills
