At the meeting, Mr. Do Phi Hung CEO raised the problem of the recent increase in shopping ,
the young scene company now hires security guards to look after the store . There are some
customers who have complained that security guards threaten them, thus affecting sales.
Mr. Luu Canh Tan The head of the human resources department presented a report on the
problem that suggested a solution that Young Scene should re-train the security guards to be
more customer-friendly, help customers feel comfortable when buying, and help the company
increase sales.
Nguyen Ngoc Diem Quynh, representative of the Executive side, said that she doesn't think all
security guards should be trained, that's just some, not all. So let's let the customer judge which
security guard is not good or test that them. If the filtering of security guards is not good, then
warn them about it. Otherwise, they will be fired.

Dang Thi Diem Phuc, Marketing Manager agrees with the last two comments. And she thinks
should set up regulations for security such as using honorifics when talking to customers,
always smiling and greeting customers and not arguing with customers.
After having found the solution to problem 1, problem 2 is equally difficult as Mr. Do Phi Hung
mentioned as follows: Some people have suggested that the company should reduce its carbon
footprint, meaning air travel should be kept to a minimum. so we have to find solutions to this
problem.
Mrs.Nguyen Thi Kieu Trinh think that going by train or boat is lower-carbon than flying thereby
reducing the amount of carbon released into the environment.
Nguyen Hoang Anh Tuan from the section manager commented that not sure that’s relevant. In
my opinion, he think we need to demove the plain and the train. And we can change it by the
electronic vehicle. Such as: electronic car, electronic bike, electronic bicycle,….. Because it’s so
protecting environment.
Kieu Phuong Truc disagrees with Anh Tuan if you go far, using electric power will be very
dangerous and may be more prone to problems, it is only suitable for close .With Trinh's
opinion, now that global pollution is increasing, we have to save fuel by going by train or boat.
But it can be a bit time consuming.
Then Nguyen Hoang Anh Tuan came to the conclusion that we need to look at this in more
detail. If my customers is far with my company. They can use the budget air travel. I think use
the electronic vehicle. Because it don’t have a lot of time.
The meeting ended at 9.30 am, the content of the meeting was agreed by the members
through the above comments.
