Abstract

This research study investigates the situation of women's rights in Iran and the problems and

advancements in gender equality in many sectors of Iranian society. These aspects include

education, employment, legal rights, and cultural standards. This study also examines the current

situation of women's rights in Iran. The study considers the educational system, labor market,

legal rights, and cultural norms. The analysis considers the impact of social and political

determinants on women's rights and the efficacy of government and non-governmental

organization actions aimed at advancing gender equality. This study sheds light on the

complexities of Iranian legislation and regulations by delving into the various natures of

women's rights and addressing the intersectional dynamics influenced by traditional values,

religious perspectives, and altering agendas. The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and

its participation in the Iranian Revolution are the topics of this study. The research also examines

the intersectional dynamics created by changing aims, traditional values, and religious beliefs.

This is accomplished by providing insights that can be used as a foundation for future research

and advocacy in this critical area and by contributing to the greater global discussion on women's

rights through a detailed and nuanced evaluation of the situation.
