    CHAPTER THREE

    METHOLODOLOGY

    APPARATUS/MATERIALS QUANTITY
    9v battery 1
    9v battery connector 1
    buzzer 1
    Small PVC pipe 1
    bottle cap 1
    NPM transistor BC 547 1
    blades 2
    Pop sticks 2
    Hot glue 1

    PROCEDURE.

    1. Take all components needed


    2. Sketch a circuit diagram and connect all the components to the diagram circuit
    3. Make a PCB as schematic
    4. Connect buzzer [solder +ve pin of buzzer to emmiter pin of the transistor]
    5. Connect led to the circuit [solder +ve leg of LED to -ve pin of buzzer
    6. Connect the battery clipper to the circuit[solder +ve wire of battery clipper to collector
    pin of transistor and -ve wire battey clipper to -ve leg of led ]
    7. Now solder wires of base and collector of transistor to PCB board according to the circuit
    diagram
    8. Connect battery to the circuit

    OBSERVATIONS.

    The observations of our project is that when drops of water falls on PCB board the LED will glow and
    buzzer will produce a sound.
