One Day Workshop on “Building Partnership for Urban Development

in Kalyan Karnataka Region

CMAK will conducting one day workshop on Building Partnership for Urban
Development in Kalyan Karnataka Region-Urban Local Bodies.

The One-day workshop is intended to provide Information, facilitating cities to

undertake reforms improvement of governance and financial sustainability.
Encouraging Public private participation (PPP) models in ULBs.

23rd
The Workshop is planned to be held on February 2023 at City Corporation Hall
Kalaburagi /Any Private Hotel at Kalaburagi District. This has been yet to be
approved by General secretary CMAK 2022-23. The Estimated budget is Rs.43,350/-
(Forty-Three thousand Three hundred fifty) to conduct the Workshops for One Day.

The tentative Budget has prepared based on current rates and details is as fallows.

  1.3 Submitted to Director/General Secretary of DMA for Approval

 Inaugural of the training program by Commissioner City Corporation Kalaburagi followed by

delivery of Inaugural Address.

 Invitation to the Subject Matter Expert will be sent after approval of the schedule from DMA, we would
request to Coordinate and do the necessary protocol & logistics for participants.
 
 All payments to the Subject Matter Expert would be made only through RTGS.
 The Budget may be approved for Rs.43,350/- (Forty-Three thousand Three hundred
fifty Only ) The expenditure will be incurred as per the budget heads and norms mentioned
above.
 
 Tentative Budget & Schedule has been attached for your kind consideration & Approval.
