bank Credit- March 2023”, Scheduled commercial banks (SCBs) reported
a robust credit growth of 15.4% in FY23 as compared to the 9.7% in
FY22.

Total enrolment under Atal Pension Yojana crossed 5.20 crore mark
अटल पें शन योजना के तहत कुल नामांकन 5.20 करोड़ के आं कड़े को पार कर िया

 The Finance Ministry has said that the total enrollment under the Atal
Pension Yojana (APY) has crossed the figure of 5 crore 20 lakh till March
31 this year.
 सवत्त मं त्ालय ने कहा है सक अटल पें शन योजना (एपीवाई) के तहत कुल नामां कन इि
िाल 31 माचथ तक पांच करोड़ 20 लाख के आं कड़े को पार कर िया है ।
 The scheme envisages enrollment of more than one crore 19 lakh new
subscribers in the financial year 2022-23 as compared to 99 lakh in the
previous financial year, showing a growth of over 20 per cent.
  इि योजना में सवत्तीय वर्थ 2022-23 में सपछले सवत्तीय वर्थ में 99 लाख की तु लना में एक
करोड़ 19 लाख िे असधक नए ग्राहकों के नामांकन की पररकल्पना की िई है , जो 20
प्रसतशत िे असधक की वृस्टद्ध िशाथता है ।
 The total assets under management in APY is more than Rs 27 thousand
200 crore and the scheme has earned an investment return of 8.69 per
cent since the inception of the scheme.
 APY में प्रबंधन के तहत कुल िंपसत्त 27 हजार 200 करोड़ रुपये िे असधक है और
योजना की शुरुआत के बाि िे इि योजना ने 8.69 प्रसतशत का सनवेश ररटनथ असजथत
सकया है ।
 In the public sector banks (PSBs) category, nine banks achieved the
annual target, while Bank of India, State Bank of India and Indian Bank
opened more than a hundred APY accounts per branch.
 िावथजसनक क्षेत् के बैंकों (पीएिबी) श्रेणी में, नौ बैंकों ने वासर्थक लक्ष्य हासिल सकया,
जबसक बैंक ऑफ इं सडया, स्टे ट बैंक ऑफ इं सडया और इं सडयन बैंक ने प्रसत शाखा में िौ
िे असधक एपीवाई खाते खोले।
 Under the category of Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), 32 banks achieved
the annual target, while Jharkhand State Gramin Bank, Vidarbha Konkan
Gramin Bank, Tripura Gramin Bank and Baroda Uttar Pradesh Gramin
Bank opened more than 160 APY accounts per branch.
 क्षेत्ीय ग्रामीण बैंकों (आरआरबी) की श्रेणी के तहत, 32 बैंकों ने वासर्थक लक्ष्य हासिल
सकया, जबसक झारखंड राज्य ग्रामीण बैंक, सविभथ कोंकण ग्रामीण बैंक, सत्पु रा ग्रामीण

Enterprises launched the revamped Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for
Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) Scheme in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
 िू क्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मं त्ालय के केंिीय मं त्ी नारायण टाटू राणे ने मुं बई,
महाराष्ट्र में िूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यमों (CGTMSE) योजना के सलए िंशोसधत क्रेसडट िारं टी
फंड टर स्ट लॉन्च सकया।
 This launch was on the lines of an additional corpus support of Rs 9,000
crore in the Union Budget for FY 2023-24 to CGTMSE to revamp its
Scheme to provide guarantee for additional Rs 2 lakh crore to MSEs.
 यह लॉन्च एमएिई को असतररक्त 2 लाख करोड़ रुपये की िारं टी प्रिान करने के सलए
िीजीटीएमएिई को सवत्त वर्थ 2023-24 के केंिीय बजट में 9,000 करोड़ रुपये के
असतररक्त कॉपथ ि िमथथन की तजथ पर था।

Revamped Measures:

 Reduction in guarantee fees for loans upto Rs 1 crore by 50% bringing

the minimum guarantee fee to the level of 0.37% pa only.
  1 करोड़ रुपये तक के ऋण के सलए िारं टी शुल्क में 50% की कमी, न्यूनतम िारं टी
शुल्क को केवल 0.37% प्रसत वर्थ के स्तर पर लाना।
 Raising of ceiling for guarantee from Rs 2 crore to Rs 5 crore.
 िारं टी की असधकतम िीमा को 2 करोड़ रुपये िे बढाकर 5 करोड़ रुपये करना।
 Enhancing the threshold limit for claim settlement without initiation of
legal action to Rs 10 lakh.
 कानूनी कारथ वाई शुरू सकए सबना िावा सनपटान की िीमा को बढाकर 10 लाख रुपये
करना।

Authority (KTDA) is organising a two-day Sinthan Snow Festival-2023 at
Sinthan Maidan, Kishtwar.
