2) Revised Life taxes are applicalble as follows:
(a). On Company/ Firm / Institution / Organisation name life tax will be 16 / 19%. (b). Second Vehicle registration (2,4 Wheelers) life tax will be 16 /19%.(c). For First car on individual name life tax will be 14 / 17%
with respect to below 10 Laks Exshowroom / Above 10 Laks Exshowrrom values (d). T/R Charges 1635/- consist of 1)Application Fee-600/- 2) Smart Card Fee-200/- 3) Postl Fee-35/- 4) Reg Service Fee-400/- TR Service Charges-100/- 5) TR Fee-300/-
3) Section 206C(1F) of Income tax Act in excess of Rs.10 Lakhs shall collect TCS @ 1% & Section 206AB/206CCA of income tax act 5% TCS rate is applicable for non-filers of IT Return for 2 previous years immediately preceeding the previous year
4) As Per Government FASTag is mandatory for registration of vehicle.
5) After the payment of life tax, RTA will not allow any changes whatsoever in any details of the vehicle or its owner.
6) At the time of booking the car, it is mandatory to give PAN CARD Photo Copy or Form 60.
7) Delivery: subject to availability of stocks.
8) The price and offers prevailing on the date of delivery will be applicable.
9) For accessories basic kit list details will be shared by our sales/accessories team
10) KIA India reserves the right to change, modify the booking Proceedure, Colors, Equipment, Specifications and to discontinue models/variants without any notice.
