MINUTES OF THE FGD MEETING

Topic : Administration of ECD (POST TEST)

Venue : Don Gregorio Antigua Elementary School

The Don Gregorio Antigua Elementary School KINDERGARTEN Teachers convened last May
2, 2023 with regards for the upcoming Administration of ECD (Post-Test) on May 17, 2023 for the
Kindergarten learners. Sharing of opinions and insights on what to do during the administration of the
said activity was evidently discussed as well as the instructional materials to be utilized. The
Administration of ECD (Post-Test) measures learner’s capacity on being able to become grade one
ready or not.

Kindergarten Teachers agreed the specific date and time of administration through purok
visitation as scheduled. As agreed, before the actual administration, the Kindergarten Teachers sent
letters to the Home Tutors for the said activity as well as giving reminders to strictly adhere the health
safety protocols during assessment.

Indeed, it was a success.
