bread with margarine and fruit juice. ground nuts
Thursday Milk tea + samosas Gnut paste, pumpkins, 3 Cassava slices and
yellow bananas Irish potatoes and milk
passion fruit juice
Friday Liver + milk tea Mukene, sweet Matooke and gnut
potatoes and posho paste
Saturday Millet flour porridge Chicken, Irish potatoes Jackfruit, brown rice
mixed with milk and rice pilau French beans and
accompanied by bread ground nuts
with honey
